These Terms govern your use of PricePup. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using PricePup, you agree to them.
1. Using PricePup
You may use PricePup only if you can legally accept these Terms.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms and supervise your use. Paid subscriptions and age-restricted products must be purchased by someone legally able to do so.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your sign-in method.
2. Product and price information
PricePup compares grocery and other retail-product information. It does not sell products, act for retailers, arrange purchases or provide medical, health or nutrition advice.
Prices, specials, pack sizes, images, availability, loyalty offers and delivery options may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly matched or different from the retailer’s current information. They may also vary by store, postcode, account or purchase method.
Check the retailer page, product labels, warnings, ingredients, allergens, eligibility requirements and final checkout total before buying.
3. Subscriptions
The checkout page will show the price, billing period, included features, trial terms, renewal terms and cancellation method before purchase.
Automatically renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through available account controls or the Feedback page.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are provided where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
4. Acceptable use and third parties
You must not misuse PricePup, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, extract data at scale, resell protected data or use PricePup unlawfully. These restrictions also apply to its APIs, MCP tools and automated features.
PricePup’s software, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to PricePup. We give you a limited right to use the service for personal or internal business purposes.
PricePup may link to retailers, payment providers and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. PricePup may receive commissions or referral fees, and sponsored or promoted placements will be identified where required.

5. Availability, liability and contact
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, categories, regions, data sources or integrations. PricePup is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms.
We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse PricePup or create a serious security or legal risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
